Bill Pay Duplicate Payments

We regret to inform you that a processing error resulted in some online bill payments being sent to payees twice. We have taken steps to quickly correct the error however. If this has affected your account, please know that:

  • Your account has already been credited for the duplicate payment;
  • A reversal was sent to the Payee;
  • Payments which were sent as a paper check have a Stop Payment in place.
