A system upgrade will begin this Saturday, October 12 at 8:00pm Eastern time and will continue into Sunday morning. During this time, you might experience delays in accessing your Elements' accounts. Specifically, you could experience the following during the hours of the upgrade:
- Access to online and mobile banking will be paused.
- Debit card transactions will be limited to $1,000.
- ATM cash withdrawals will not be available.
- Money transfer platforms such as Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cash App will be unable to connect to your accounts at Elements.
